If you currently pay a hosted builder every month, a Lifetime license can be cheaper over several years because there is no recurring vendor fee for the form product itself (you still host Laravel as usual).Third-party figures are rough public list prices (2026) for illustration only — confirm on each vendor’s site. Plan differences (matrix)
Product capabilities below are available on every paid plan unless noted. The columns differ mainly on activations, branding, support, and billing.An activation is one hostname registered in the License Portal (e.g. production and staging count as two). You can free a seat by removing a domain. Lifetime matches Pro on white-label with 10 seats and continuing updates — it is not Enterprise support.
Purchasing workflow

Select your plan
Open the Flex Forms Store and choose Standard (199/yr), Enterprise (899 once).

Authenticate Composer
Log into the portal and copy your Composer token (
cmp_…). Use it to download the package from composer.bjanczak.com. See Installation.3
Activate domains
Register hostnames up to your plan’s activation limit. See Activate license.
