Social Previews (Open Graph)
When you paste a link into Slack, iMessage, LinkedIn, or Twitter, those platforms automatically generate a “Preview Card”. If you do not configure your Social Preview, those platforms will display a blank, generic card. You can customize this directly in the Share panel to ensure your form looks professional and trustworthy.1
Define the Title
The primary headline of the preview card. Keep it under 120 characters. (e.g., “Register for the 2024 Developer Summit”).
2
Write the Description
A brief subtitle that appears below the headline. Keep it under 300 characters to prevent truncation.
3
Upload the Thumbnail
Upload a high-resolution image to serve as the card’s visual anchor.
Publishing Pathways
Once your form is published and your social preview is set, you have two primary ways to distribute it to respondents. The Direct Link
The simplest method. Share the raw URL directly via email campaigns, SMS, or QR codes. The form operates as a standalone landing page.
Website Embedding
Keep respondents on your own domain. Generate an HTML snippet to embed the form directly into your existing website seamlessly.
