Harbor Knowledge Quiz is a logic recipe for scored quizzes: five questions, a running score via Calculate, jump to Pass or Fail, then show the final score on thank you. Public Fill never shows the Calculated Score field itself.

How to build it

  1. Create form, then add quiz pages and a calculated Score field (name score)
  2. Add Calculate rules for points and Jump to page for Pass / Fail thresholds
  3. On the thank-you screen, write a message that includes {score}
  4. Publish when ready — Insights will track starts and completions like any other form
