Generating a Share Link

Access the Share Hub
Click the Share Insights button located in the top toolbar of the dashboard.

Select Data Scopes
You have granular control over what the stakeholder can see. Check or uncheck the Answers, Visits, and Drop-offs tabs.
(Example: You might want a client to see traffic Visits, but hide the raw Answers to protect respondent privacy).

Apply Security (Optional)
Enter a password in the security field to lock the dashboard. The client will be prompted to enter this password before the data loads.

Generate the URL
Click Create Share. The system generates a unique, cryptographic URL and copies it to your clipboard.
The Stakeholder Experience
When a stakeholder opens the link, they are presented with a beautiful, branded, read-only environment. While they cannot edit the form or view raw PII in the Submissions Inbox, they can manipulate the Date Ranges and Filters within the shared dashboard, allowing them to interactively explore the data you permitted them to see.Managing Active Links
You retain complete control over all distributed links. Below the creation panel, you will see a list of every active share link currently in circulation.Audit Active Links
See exactly which links are active, whether they are password protected, and which tabs they expose.
Instant Revocation
Click Revoke to immediately destroy the link. Anyone attempting to visit the URL will instantly receive an “Expired” message.
Automatic Expiration: For security, all public share links automatically expire 30 days after creation. If a client needs permanent access, you must generate a new link for them.
