Flex Forms is a **commercial Filament plugin**: Studio, public fill, submissions, Insights, Contacts, and first-party integrations run in **your** Laravel app under **your** auth and backups.

Standard, Pro, and Enterprise are **yearly** licenses (Studio, public fill, Composer downloads, and support stay available while the subscription is valid). **Lifetime** is a **one-time** purchase with ongoing package updates.

## Lifetime vs monthly hosted pricing

If you currently pay a hosted builder every month, a **Lifetime** license can be cheaper over several years because there is no recurring vendor fee for the form product itself (you still host Laravel as usual).
