# Harbor Knowledge Quiz recipe

> Recipe: scored quiz with Calculate, Pass / Fail jumps, and score on thank you.

**Harbor Knowledge Quiz** is a logic recipe for scored quizzes: five questions, a running score via **Calculate**, jump to Pass or Fail, then show the final score on thank you. Public Fill never shows the Calculated Score field itself.

## What you get

* Multi-page Q\&A with radio choices
* **Calculate** rules that add points into a `score` field
* Pass / Fail **terminal** pages based on the score threshold
* Thank-you copy with `{score}` merge tag (e.g. `Final score: {score}/100`)

## How to build it

1. **Create form**, then add quiz pages and a calculated **Score** field (name `score`)
2. Add **Calculate** rules for points and **Jump to page** for Pass / Fail thresholds
3. On the thank-you screen, write a message that includes `{score}`
4. Publish when ready — Insights will track starts and completions like any other form
