> Write for Filament/Laravel developers buying Flex Forms.

> Use Help Center components richly: Steps, Cards, Callouts, Tabs, CodeGroup, Mermaid, Badge for Pro.
> Never invent APIs; match the real Flex Forms package behavior.

# Form-Level Integrations Settings

> Connect a form to Mailchimp, HubSpot, webhooks, and more — map fields and route submissions from the form hub Integrations tab.

Your form data shouldn't sit in a silo. Flex Forms routes completed submissions into your marketing and sales tools as soon as a respondent finishes.

<Banner type="info" dismissible={false}>
  This page covers **per-form** feeds. API keys and OAuth live under **Integrations** in the Flex Forms left rail — not inside [Global Settings](/get-started/global-settings). See the [Integrations catalog](/integrations/overview).

  **Stripe** is different: connect keys under the left-rail Integrations page, then configure every payment option on the **Stripe Payment** block in Studio — Stripe does not appear on this form Integrations tab. See [Stripe](/integrations/stripe).

## Two tiers

  <Card title="2. Form-level feed" icon="sliders">
    On each form, open the hub **Integrations** tab to enable feeds, pick a Connection when required, choose lists/pipelines, and map blocks to CRM fields.

## Configure a form feed

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the form hub">
    From the Flex Forms list, open the form. Use the top hub tabs (Insights, Submissions, Share, **Integrations**).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Integrations">
    Select the **Integrations** hub tab. You will see every provider that is already connected globally.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable the feed">
    Turn on the provider you need (for example HubSpot). If it is missing entirely, an administrator still needs to add credentials under the left-rail **Integrations** page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose destination and map fields">
    Pick the list, audience, or pipeline. Map each form block to the provider’s property keys (API names, not display labels).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save and test">
    Save, then submit a real test on the fill URL to confirm the payload arrives correctly.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Enterprise options

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Primary email required">
    Many CRMs reject contacts without an email. If a feed needs identity, add an [Email](/features/blocks/email) block and mark it primary before enabling the feed.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Conditional routing">
    Use [Conditional integrations](/integrations/conditional-feeds) so only matching submissions leave Flex Forms (for example Department = Sales → HubSpot).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Custom webhooks">
    For tools without a native driver, use [Webhooks](/integrations/webhooks) to `POST` the full submission JSON to your endpoint.
